SURCHARGES:
Over the past several months we have seen a steady increase in pricing from our suppliers due to the current volatile economic landscape. While we have worked hard to absorb as many of these expenses as possible, we have reached a point where we must pass a portion of these increases on to the marketplace. As you will note from our revised pricing, we have done so in the form of a surcharge to reflect in full transparency the impact of these recent increases on our products. We will continue to closely monitor our input costs as well as work with our suppliers to offer the most competitive pricing we can going forward.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Product overview
Virnig V50 Machined Round Bale Spear
Description
Move round bales with a straightforward spear setup built around a solid machined main tine.
A 2-inch by 48-inch machined spear takes the main load, while two smaller machined stabilizers help keep the bale from turning as you handle it.
Features
- Machined main spear and stabilizer spears.
- 45.1-inch-wide current-generation frame.
- Replaceable spears with accessible mounting points.
- Universal skid steer quick attach mounting.
Choosing Your Setup
Virnig does not list a frame-extension option for this model. Do not assume that extensions intended for another bale-spear frame will fit.
Spear length names are nominal supplier sizes. Check the specifications for usable spear lengths and attachment dimensions.
Loader Compatibility
The attachment is rated for 2,500 lb with the bale against the frame. That does not increase your loader's lifting capacity. Keep the combined weight of the attachment, any extension and the bales within the machine's operating limits.
This frame uses universal skid steer quick attach mounting, not a mini skid steer or excavator interface.
What's Included?
- One Virnig V50 Machined Round Bale Spear frame with skid steer mounting.
- One 2-inch by 48-inch machined main spear and 1-1/4-inch by 18-inch machined stabilizer spears.
Photos may show another bale-spear model or optional equipment.
