Tracks, OTT tracks or tires?
- Rubber tracks (compact track loaders): more flotation and traction on soft or muddy ground, with lower ground pressure than tires.
- OTT tracks: fit over your existing skid steer tires for added flotation, so you do not need a new machine.
- Pneumatic tires: a smoother ride and good all-round traction.
- Flat-proof solid tires: no flats, with a firmer ride.
How do I find my track size?
Check the markings on the inside of the track or your operator's manual. You can also shop by make and model, or call 866-966-2538 and we will help.
When should I replace my tracks?
Watch for cracks, missing lugs, exposed steel cords, worn guide lugs, or tracks that keep coming off.
Should I choose tracks or tires?
Tracks suit soft, wet or uneven ground. Tires suit hard surfaces and general use. OTT tracks sit between the two for wheeled skid steers.
