Description
Put controlled drilling power on the front of your skid steer with the Virnig Planetary Auger Drive. It arrives as a complete drive-and-mount assembly, ready to pair with a compatible auger bit for your soil and hole size.
Planetary reduction delivers output torque through a hydraulic motor with pressure-relief protection. The drive runs in both directions, and hoses routed from the top of the housing help provide clearance for deeper drilling with suitable bits.

Choose the Drive and Shaft
Standard-torque assemblies operate at 15-25 GPM and provide 2,730 ft-lb at 3,000 PSI. The high-torque assembly operates at 15-27 GPM and provides 3,345 ft-lb at that pressure.
Match the output shaft to your bit. The high-torque configuration uses a 2-inch hex output; do not assume every drive and shaft combination is available. Bit size also depends on soil conditions and bit style.
