This past weekend, on August 6th, 2017, Skid Steer Solutions was a proud sponsor of the Okanagen Dream Rally, providing a car and a driver for the event. The rally's mission is to raise funds for children and families who have experienced trauma or who are battling illness in their lives, while also giving affected kids the ride of a lifetime in rare, unique, and exclusive supercars.

Our President and Owner, Robert Leib, was at the wheel of his Corvette Z06 and was paired with a young man, Taylor, from Salmon Arm, BC, for the ride. The two enjoyed good weather and stunning scenery during the upbeat and inspiring day.

All told, 180 dream cars with 180 happy kids participated in the rally, making the second year of this event a smashing success, raising both money and awareness for essential charity work and organizations.

The Rally was well attended by many supporters, including many local celebrities, a professional snowboarder, and a handful of professional hokey players. One highlight was the Lamborghini pictured below, which was outfitted to allow kids to sign their names with a paint pen, complete with the uplifting message "Inspire. Change a Life. Repeat"
