Virnig 24 Inch Bale Spear Extension
Description
Give your compatible Virnig bale spear a taller frame with the EK24 Extension. It adds 24 inches of frame height for bale handling and stacking, without requiring you to replace the entire bale-spear attachment.
This is the complete 24-inch extension, rather than a bale-spear frame or a set of spears. It's intended for selected current-generation Virnig frames, so check the model list below before adding it to your setup.
Features
- Adds 24 inches of frame height to compatible current-generation bale spears.
- Complete EK24 extension.
- Published approximate weight of 50 lb.
- Can be converted with a separately sold EKU60 only when the underlying frame is also approved for the full-height extension.
Compatible Bale Spear Frames
The EK24 is listed for current BDR, BDRH, BF, BFH, BSC, BSCH, BSS, BAS and BASH frames. It is not listed for BSM, BS or BSH round-bale frames. Do not assume compatibility with an older Virnig frame based on appearance alone.
An extension does not increase loader lifting capacity. Allow for the weight of the attachment, extension and bales, and stay within the loader's rated operating limits.

Bale-spear frame, spears, loader and bales are not included. Installed photos show the extension on a compatible frame; that frame is sold separately.
